Courtlynn, Jaquline & BJ were very courteous, helpful with my daughter & grand children. They really treated us like family! Miss Jaz too. She would stop by & visit with us as she was making her rounds. Making sure we were happy & taken care of! Y'all have an exemplary staff. We had Fabulous time & plan to visit again soon. Sincerely, Michelle Morgan

Called for 2 weeks never to get a hold of someone, via chat I was told they would have an agent call me, I’m still waiting. The facility itself was nice however, no employees at the concession, had to purchase refreshments from the front desk and it took 30 minutes for someone to get our drinks and we were told they were not serving food. In the wipeout area there were no staff members. Two kids started fighting and hit one of the kids with me, she tried to leave the area but could not since the kids were fighting at the entrance. In line for the sky rider coaster, 2 staff members were playing around, knocked a child down, nvr said sorry just continued playing. The kids were a lot nicer then I would have been, they just stepped back and went down to the rock walls where no staff members wanted to help them. They went and asked one lady to help, she went and grabbed an employee from the ball pit who told her he was busy, as he walked away she continued to walk with him nvr going back or helping our kids. Now I can maybe understand some of the service lacking if the place was busy. For the price I paid I was extremely unhappy and will not return to this location.
