I usually love Urban air adventure park. We have one in Utah where I live and the staff is great. We always have a good experience there. I came here to this one in Sugarland while on vacation and had a horrible experience with immature and reckless staff members. Multiple staff members running around with water bottles having a water fight on the ramp leading up to the trampolines. YES A WATER FIGHT! They almost ran into me which bothered me but I let it go. Is this acceptable behavior for a staff member when there are children everywhere to be throwing water at each other and running around like that? The floors get slick when wet. Logic right?? Well clearly these people don't care but that's not the worst of it. I was sitting at a table observing my children and a worker threw a cup of ice cream or some sort of smoothie in the garbage from about 6 feet away from it. It hit the wall, broke open, and sprayed all over me, my clothes, and my hair!!! I fly out super early tomorrow morning and I was wearing the only jacket I brought. Now we have to cut our play time short so I can go do laundry and wash my hair. I asked to speak to a manager. Took 10 minutes before one came. I explained the situation and he said "sorry that happened here's some free passes for you for this location." I explained that we aren't even from Texas, we live in Utah so the passes won't do me any good. He said oh I'm really sorry and walked away. Perhaps you need to get control of your staff before a real accident happens and you have a lawsuit on your hands. RIDICULOUS!!! Oh and next time a customer can't play due to your negligence and they don't even live in the state to be able to come back for free passes to your specific location, REFUND THEM!!
